HR Executive And Recruiter

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite only)

Timings: 8PM to 6 AM IST (Night Shift)

Experience: 0-3 years in US IT Recruitment / Domestic IT Recruitment

PETADATA is looking for an aggressive team player with a knowledge of software technologies. Should be well versed with the US IT recruitment process & provide staffing needs based on the client/implementation partner's requirements.

The ideal candidate must have

• Good Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

 

• Good Team Player & Individual Contributor

 

• Should be able to coordinate with Global IT teams.

 

Required Skills:


Must have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in End-to-End HR Recruiting process.
 

• Recruiting Candidates.

 

• Creating Job Descriptions.

 

• Well versed with Job Portals and Social Media Platforms.

 

• Screening Applicants.

 

• Interviewing Candidates.

 

• Creating job offers.

 

• Creating HR Policies.

 

• Well versed with all statutory requirements (ESI, PF, PT).

 

• Onboarding & Orientation.

 

• Training New hire
