PETADATA is looking for QA Automation Engineer to work with one of our clients.
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Ideal candidate should be able to provide inputs to develop the software design and on ways to increase product testability to support more extensive test automation.
- Should collaborate with distributed teams for UX automation design and development.
- Must know all stages of a product from conception to completion.
- Should build, deploy, run & manage the UX test framework application individually.
- Must have to coordinate with team members on testing activities.
- Should know how to automate the acceptance tests by leveraging their UX testing skills.
- Need to deliver on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
- Must have good analytical skills to work with developers for troubleshooting and peer review.
- Have the ability to work well in a team environment and independently handle complex problems.
Required Skills:
- The ideal candidate has Experience in building large automated test suites for web applications using Selenium, NodeJS, and JavaScript.
- Must have experience with open-source test frameworks like WebdriverIO, Mocha, and (Git) GitHub.
- Should have prior knowledge of Test Cases for preparation, execution, estimation, and defect management.
- Have deep knowledge of web technologies, HTTP protocol, and databases.
- Need to use JavaScript libraries for UX test automation.
- Have to build more codes through UX regression testing.
- Should have a keen interest in learning new tools/techniques
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor/ masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
