QUALIFICATIONS
• The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing large projects and a bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office required.
• Experience with VITA’s Client Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and ECOS process is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Project Management Office methodologies and practices is strongly preferred.
• Experience with the core Client IT procurement processes (RFP, VITA Statewide Contract, and CAI SOW) is preferred.

**Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience

Current Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute(PMI) - OR - VITA PM certification: Required : 10 Years

Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience managing large projects: Required: 10 Years

Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server): Required: 10 Years

The candidate should have 15 years of overall IT experience: Required: 15 Years
