We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Senior Technical Data Architect with a strong background in Data Strategy and Governance to join our team in the State of California. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in shaping data strategies, ensuring data governance, and driving data initiatives for the public sector.
Required Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in data architecture, data strategy, and data governance, with a significant portion of that experience in the public sector.
- 10+ years minimum of demonstrable experience with the Microsoft BI stack, including SQL, SSIS, SSAS (Dimensional and Tabular), SSRS, DAX, MDX, and other components
- Design and build robust, high-performance, and adaptable solution optimal for modern platform (Big Data/Relational/No-SQL/OLAP) with ability to integrate technical functionality
- Hands on experience with MS SQL Server 2008, 2010, 2012
- Strong knowledge of state and federal data regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing technologies.
