• Responsible for understanding the existing data models and owning the data de-identification and sub-setting using Informatica TDM product
• Responsible for sensitive elements analysis (PHI, PII etc.) and creating, maintaining the Data de-identification workflows, versions using Informatica TDM
• Responsible for understanding the E2E data flow
• Support DBA activities for data copying/ backup
• Data Validation of subsets created using DVO
• Coordinate and work directly with customer stakeholders to identify the requirements and implement solutions for data de-identification, sub-setting and refresh into the lower environments
• Grooming project team members on related technologies (Informatica TDM)
• Data Profiling of the de-identified data copies for quality assessment
• Capture subset metrics for reporting.

Skills Required

• 8+ years of experience using Informatica TDM product and implementing TDM solutions (Data discovery of sensitive elements, Data de-identification/masking, sub-setting)
• Experience in working with data on Mainframe VSAM, DB2 using informatica
• Solid understanding of information warehousing and large-scale data management issues and concepts.
• Ability to work towards meeting stringent milestones
• Ability to work in a team environment with on-site and offshore resources
• Proven project planning, execution abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to prepare, present oral and written reports, presentations, and recommendations and to perform necessary actions

Additional Skills

• Experience of implementing TDM solutions for healthcare payors
• Added advantage of having IBM Optim experience
