·         Identify data and information needs for wholesale lending business of ICG.

·         Deep understanding of information and data architecture, keen eye in business data and problem-solving solutions on an enterprise level

·         Develop conceptual, logical, physical models and metadata solutions in UML using Magic Draw tool and validate the models with spec by use case examples.

·         Working with product and technology teams to understand requirements and partnering with Engineering team to execute the models.

·         Design and maintain blueprint of the information architecture, data integrations and controls aligned to the renewed business strategy.

·         Unify data concepts across disparate front office, credit risk, servicing, and reporting functions of ICG.

·         Determine database structural requirements by analysing client operations, applications, and data from existing systems.

·         Participate in requirement engineering and working groups and collaborate with business leads, operations, SMEs, technologists, and governance teams.

·         Define, model, and rationalize target state solution, socialize with key stakeholders, and conduct walkthrough.

·         Incorporate data standards and implement governance model.

·         Develop data flows, ownership matrixes, mapping, and data lineage.

·         Assist in the implementation of physical data model, contribute to the system and operational design, carry out optimization for usability and performance.

Qualifications:

·         8-10 years hand-on experience in Data Modelling and Data Architecture

·         Extensive experience in UML/relational/hierarchical and business data analysis

·         Experience in UML is preferred.

·         Experience Object Oriented development and python is a plus.

·         Hands-on modelling expertise in OLTP modelling with tools such as ERwin, ERStudio or Magic Draw.

·         Prefer data modelling experience using Magic Draw and Cameo. Utilize Code Engineering Sets to generate executable code.

·         Financial industry knowledge in Capital Markets/Banking is a plus but not required.

·         Knowledge of Data Management methodologies involving architecture, modelling, storage, security

·         Prior experience in data integration, interoperability, and data quality solutions.

·         Analytical and problem solver, excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
