JOB DETAIL

  • A successful candidate will have strong technical and data management skills as well as a good understanding of data structure and business processes. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator Role. 
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified. 
  • Salesforce CPQ Certification. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. 
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude. 
  • Resolving user support tickets as they related to configuration of Salesforce. 
  • Working with the business stakeholders/business systems analysts to administer Salesforce. 
  • Support Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): 
    • Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration. 
    • Integrated applications (sales enablement, marketing, lead forms, etc.) 
    • CPQ Configuration (Pricebook Maintenance, creating /updating products) 
    • Data imports and data migrations, including mapping configurations and writing SOQL queries using Data Loader. 
  • Deploy/Test changes out in lower environments. 
  • Work within the release schedules to deploy changes to production. 
  • Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects; A resource that will take ownership over the tickets assigned to them and drive them to completion. 
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and can communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
