3-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity policy, disinformation, or public policy, ideally in an operational capacity.
Experience helping manage and oversee budgets and/or financial planning.

Proven capabilities to drive positive business results through cross-group collaboration and partnerships.
Previous work with mis- and disinformation research or projects a plus. Knowledge and experience with democratic processes as well as trends in election interference and influence operations from both US and international perspectives a plus.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, used to working in de-centralized/virtual teams, with a proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to distill large amounts of information concisely.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is an absolute must.
Outstanding cross-functional project management skills to organize a busy workload and deliver projects on time.
Excellent written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft's products/services/applications preferred.
Experience with, or interest in, Artificial Intelligence tools a plus.
