• 3+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry • 3+ years of experience implementing vended software applications • 1+ years of experience with HSE & SD applications including: Intelex, Cority, Sphera, TapRoot, MIR3, and IAP.
• 1+ years of experience implementing solutions on cloud SaaS and PaaS; basic knowledge of MS Azure or AWS • Intermediate proficiency with Agile/SCRUM principles, tools (JIRA, ADO), estimation and planning • 1+ years of Project Management experience with proven ability to balance priorities, facilitate multiple efforts at the same time and deliver results through realistic planning • Demonstrated ability to do business process mapping • Demonstrated ability to work independently, plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction and deliver results through realistic planning to accomplish goals • Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by courageously dealing with important problems and holding others accountable • Influences business decisions which lead to delivery of value-add solutions that are in alignment with business capability requirements and IT standards.
