Purpose: The Organizational Change Management Consultant Lead will deliver the overall design, development, and execution of CHS organizational change management activities related to cross functional transformations impacting people, process and technology aligned to enterprise strategy.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adapting change management plans and activities throughout technology implementation
  • Working autonomously within established methodologies and governance structures
  • Thinking strategically and cross-functionally to drive end-user adoption of a change
  • Assessing the scope of change management work required, planning and supporting deliverables, and executing on the plan with excellence
  • Communicating and partnering effectively across organizational levels via multiple communication vehicle
  • Adapting to organizational culture and norms
  • Facilitating alignment among leaders and key stakeholders
  • Identifying impacted groups, scope of change, and solutions for mitigating change impacts
  • Achieving results collaboratively with multiple support teams and organization
  • This role will require regular on-site presence and occasional travel
