Primary Responsibilities

•        Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly

•        Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion

•        Generate regular reports on expenses and office budgets on wwekly and monthly basis

•        Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, printers and desk phones

•        Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

•        Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items

  • Vendor Management
  • Arrange Travel & Accomodations for client visits, new resources, campus drives
  • Security Management (control, regulate and maintain records, track asset security as well)
  • Handling petty cash, procurement as per office requirements
  • Catering Management
  • Office Infrastructure/ Building Management
  • Responsible for tracking & maintaining records of CCTV camera tapes

Secondary Responsibilities

•        Respond to questions and requests for information

  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Schedule in-house and external events

•        Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
