Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following.
Applying analytical processes on Information Technology projects with at least three 3 years of experience in systems analysis and design.
Conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Producing requirements documents and procedural manuals.
Developing use case scenarios, and workflow analysis to help create and validate business requirements.
Collaborating with Business and IT to translate business requirements into functional specifications, and data mapping documentation.
Creating test plans, test strategies, and creating and executing test scripts.
Writing technical design documents and creating technical process flows.
Documenting and providing training/ knowledge transfer, best practices, management of complex business change.
2 years of experience with Agile/ SCRUM system development methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or qualifying work experience
Experience working with California State agencies.
Experience in analyzing and supporting n-tier applications on the Microsoft platform including both custom and commercial applications.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio & Excel.
Experience in Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD) and administration tools.
