·        RESTful web services.
·        Requirement Elicitation.
·        Coordinating across multiple business and technical teams.
·        Unit Testing.
·        Troubleshooting.
·        Experience with Call Center Technology (ideally Genesys or Five9).
Additional Details:
·        100% remote - EST hours.
·        Contract with the potential to extend or convert to FTE.
