JOB DETAIL
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align OpenText xECM solutions with SAP processes.
Configure, customize, and maintain OpenText xECM to meet specific SAP integration needs, ensuring seamless document management and workflow automation.
Provide expertise in designing and implementing content repositories, metadata schemas, and security policies within OpenText xECM.
Work closely with SAP functional consultants to ensure proper data flow and integration between SAP modules and OpenText xECM.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenText xECM-SAP integration, performance, and usability.
Develop and deliver training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
Stay updated with the latest OpenText xECM and SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement
