JOB DETAIL

• Functional Tester experience in Jira / ADO as Project lead with experience in Life Insurance Admin and Interface systems ( Mainframe and Web)

• Must have good experience working in Life Insurance - New Business, Admin and Interfacing systems. Should have SME level knowledge on Life Insurance policy life cycle.

• Must have experience in leading an Onsite/Offshore team.

• Must have worked on both Mainframe and Web based systems

• Experience : 8 to 10yrs.

• Must have excellent working knowledge on Automation. Should be conversant with Automation Tools (preferably Selenium), should be able to create Automation frameworks.

• Nice to have experience working on API Automation

• Must have experience working in Agile projects 

• Experience in FAST new business / admin system is must to have

• Should be able to write test scenarios/test cases from Business requirements, execute test cases and report defects.

• Coordinate with Customer/other vendors for project activities on daily basis

• Prepare daily status report and Weekly status Report

• Identify risks, issue and prepare mitigation plan

• Must have worked on Test Management tools like Jira / ADO

• Exposure to DevOps CI implementation experience is good to have
