Work closely with business and IT manager to understand the requirement on daily basis

Support Operations: triage alerts channeled to you and remediate as necessary
Technical Documentation: leverage templates provided and create clear, simple, and comprehensive documentation for your development
Key contributor to defining, implementing, and supporting
Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with applications systems
Detect, diagnose and report related problems
Creating metrics and aggregations in the data collections to define new qualitative and quantitative questions as needed by the audience and performance teams
Building dashboards and models to predict the growth trajectory of segments
Collaborate on best practices, code reviews, internal tools and process improvement
