JOB DETAIL

• 5 + Years’ experience in configuring Workday modules (Core HCM, Integrations, Reporting).

• In addition to Core HCM, a sound understanding of one or more of the following modules: Payroll, Talent, Leaves, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Time tracking and Absence

• 3 + Years functional experience in Workday is a must.

• Strong background in designing, developing reports is required. Proficiency in Workday HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Compensation report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Calculated Fields)

• Experience with Jira issue tracking software is a plus.

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with the HR team, AMS vendor, and other team members.

• Strong process improvement skills.

• Strong organizational skills and some project management experience required.

• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple assignments

• Ability to collaborate in person and virtual/remote environments.

• Ability to travel occasionally, which could include an overnight stay
