JOB DETAIL

  • Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Project Management / Program Management, MS Office Tools, Version One / JIRA or equivalent tools
  • 7+ yr overall experience
  • Define and build delivery framework using Agile – Scrum / Kanban
  • Co-ordinate with consulting partners, Product owners, Technology team
  • Define deliverables and measure the progress by working with all stakeholders
  • Run daily stand-up’s, help to unblock the blockers and direct the team to meet the deadlines
    Identify issues pro-actively and escalate
  • Manage teams globally (onsite , Offshore)
  • Ability to understand technology nomenclature and work with stakeholders for follow-up and resolution
  • Drive the team to success by optimally assigning tasks to the team and help to reduce dependency
  • Certifications required:  Scrum, Safe, PMP – Any 2
