Min 10-12 years of SAP Consulting Experience in PP and PS with at least two end-to-end SAP implementation including S/4HANA.
Hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs.
Knowledge of SAP Production Planning and Project System master data and transactional data.
Good working knowledge of Project Financials and its concepts.
Should have very good knowledge on the business processes associated with SAP PP for discrete manufacturing environment.
Configuration and working experience on Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) strategies.
Sound knowledge on Integration with various SAP Modules, especially FICO.
Should have good experience working with Sales and Production plans, Long term planning, demand management, MRP (material requirements planning), Capacity Planning, Production Orders and variant configuration.
Costs / Revenues: CO Versions, Value categories, Cost/Revenue planning, Budget management, Integration with SD, FI.
Experience of integration with non-SAP systems like Primavera, etc.
Configure and create Master Data including Routing, Bills of material, and Production resources/tools, work centers, VC- Super BOM, Super routing.
Understanding of CATS and HR is preferable.
Should be able prepare the Functional specifications and co-ordinate with Technical team for development and testing activities.
Strong sense of problem solving and be able to deal with integration issues
