JOB DETAIL

  • Must have strong hands-on knowledge with LWC (Lightening Web Components), API’s, Apex and Service Cloud
  • Very strong coder and developer
  • Need 7+ years as a developer
  • Will work alongside the Dev/Ops team so CICD Jenkins
  • Knowledge of Omni Channel, Knowledge Articles, AI side of cloud and service cloud features
  • Need LWC, HTML, Angular, Reat, API, Aura, data capture, exposure to omni channel SLA entitlements, and Apex
  • Will be given stories to do mostly coding
  • Doing a full implementation of Apex and LWC in Salesforce
  • Could be Contract to Hire
  • Certifications are required Service Cloud and Salesforce Developer
  • Needs to be CST or EST
  • Good communicator
