- Should have 10+ years of experience in product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, reporting.
- Experience in Microsoft UI frameworks (WinForms and WPF)
- Experience in UI Patterns (MVVM)
- Project management skills to plan, execute, and track complex technical projects.
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience with Cloud services(Azure)
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills to drive cross-functional teams towards project goals.
- Ability to manage dependencies and risks in a multi-team environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills to guide the team through Agile practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to foster transparency and teamwork.
- Ability to remove obstacles and ensure the team's progress is on track.
- Knowledge of Agile tools and techniques for tracking and reporting project progress.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
