- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related fields.
- 4- 8 years’ experience in business analysis with experience leading analysis on complex business process initiatives.
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology required.
- 10+ years as a Business Analyst, focused on data analytics, business intelligence, and process
- Established background in bridging business requirements with technical solutions.
- Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Comprehensive knowledge of business modeling, KPI tracking, and process documentation.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an asset.
- Experience in benefits administration is favorable.
