JOB DETAIL

  • 8+ years of experience with Business Intelligence development in Tableau
  • 6+ years experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
  • Able to manipulate and blend data to design dashboards and visualization.
  • Strong knowledge of Tableau server architecture and applying business rules and data validations.
  • Implementing data and report level access controls and entitlements.
  • Knowledge of Qlik is a Plus
  • 2-3 years experience manipulating and analyzing complex high volume high dimensionality data from varying sources and excellent analytical skills to forecast and predict trends and insights using past and current data.
  • Strong knowledge of formal database architecture and design
  • Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards
  • Prior experience in using Tableau prep , extracts using hyper APIs, story boards.
  • Strong communications skills for business and technology stakeholder

(1.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

(2.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

(3.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

(4.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
