- 10+ years of IT Business Analysis in SDLC projects
- Experience in the Insurance industry, specifically in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance Claims
- Agile, and writing User Stories
- Ability to read and understand SQL queries
- Create workflows using Visio or similar tools
- Meet with business users and gather and write requirements

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
- Create prototypes / mockups to visualize solutions for stakeholders
