Experience in a technical support role responsible for supporting cloud based applications running on Linux servers (preferably POS and eComm platforms)
Unix experience including UNIX, SOLARIS AIX, LINUX and Unix scripting (Perl and Bash)
Exposure to a coding-languages such as Java & PHP
Experience with databases such as SQL
Understanding of MySQL and/or SQL querying
Exposure to frontend troubleshooting e.g. JS and CSS
Exposure to some automation tools like Jenkins, terraform or Kubernetes
