•  A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
•  Experience and proficiency in AEM Forms development and administration, including the use of various AEM Forms components, tools, and features.
•  Experience and proficiency in web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
•  Experience and proficiency in Java development, including the use of OSGi, JCR, Sling, and Maven.
•  Experience and proficiency in Adobe products, such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe LiveCycle, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
•  Knowledge and understanding of web content management, document management, digital marketing, and digital transformation concepts and best practices.
•  Knowledge and understanding of accessibility, security, performance, and usability standards and guidelines for digital forms.
•  Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
