·Six or more years of application development experience with PeopleSoft using at least three of the following toolsets: XML, PeopleSoft SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PSQuery, Data Mover, Application Engine, and Component Interface.

·Six or more years of experience in using SQL over PeopleSoft Data Structures.

·Four or more years of experience in using PeopleTools 8.x and higher.

·Four or more years of experience conceptualizing and transforming business requirements into design documents with associated test plans and documentation.

·Three or more years of experience developing collaborative solutions and troubleshooting issues between functional and technical teams.

·Three or more years of experience providing knowledge transfer on new technologies and/or the developed application to other application developers.

Working knowledge of:

·Information Security (CIA triad, Information Classification, Risk Management)

·Information Security Frameworks (NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Controls)

·Vulnerability Management.

·Demonstrated experience with auditing and monitoring solutions.

·Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
