•Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree 8 years of Information Technology experience 
•6 years of experience with Project Management and Scrum Master
•At least 5 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
•Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
•Experience with Lean Agile development methodologies.
