· Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit functional requirements, and flowcharts, modeling those requirements in an organized manner and communicating those requirements throughout the SDLC.
· Understand the data model and architecture and define data structures to enable the system functionality.
· Convert roadmap features into workable user stories
· Write clear and well-structured user stories and documentation.
· Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate project complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies
· Identify & implement process improvements to support efficiencies in the all-phase phases of the projects.
· Assist the Quality Assurance team with execution of systematic and ad-hoc test cases
· Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
· Liaison between the Business and Technology teams
· Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
· Manage the priorities quickly and effectively as circumstances dictate to work in an Agile framework environment
· Understanding of API development & Enterprise solutions
· Build and maintain a sprint backlog (refined at least 2 sprints out) for upcoming development
· Work with engineering and support to improve the development team’s efficiency
· Strong presence with ability to interact with and influence stakeholders
