- Strong communication skills both written and oral.

- Experience working with clients to understand requirements and write test scripts against requirements.
- Perform system testing, both frontend and backend; This includes manual testing of software functionality.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using testing tools.
- Identify, record, document and track bugs using respective tools.
- Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defects.
- Strong understanding of different types of testing and ability to execute testing at all phases of development.
Education/Experience/Certification:
- Minimum of 4 years as a QA Engineer.
- Experience in testing Angular, API, and SQL Server testing required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Azure DevOps.
- Presentation skills are required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
