Proven experience as a lead Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are preferred
Excellent knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Excellent facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills to elevate team to higher levels of maturity
A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer science or any related field is required

Nice to haves:
Ability to understand the technical aspects of a software
Ability to contribute to design decisions
Knowledge of multiple agile methodologies
