I am in need of Project Manager (Capital projects - small and large capital projects), and need someone from a refinery. This is with Citgo in Corpus Christi, TX and they will offer a full relocation (closing cost on home, realtor fees, house hunting trips, etc)
• Must be degreed individual, preferably engineering
• 10+ years experience in Projects
• 4+ years experience in Project Management (capital projects within a refinery, petrochemical plant, chemical plant, LNG plant, etc)
• They are not looking for someone who has worked for an EPC firm into the plant, but looking for someone who has worked directly for a refinery / chemical plant managing capital projects
• The candidate MUST be ok with full relocation to Corpus Christi, TX - not just be there during the week and travel back home on weekend; they want someone fully committed to relocating
• WILL NOT SUBMIT anyone who has applied to citgo before. Their system will not even allow me to upload their resume into their system, so double check to make sure they have not applied / been submitted before
• WILL NOT SUBMIT job hoppers. If they have bounced around from employer to employer ever 2 years, this is not the candidate they are looking for and we will not submit

• Relocation: Will relocate preferably from south part of US
o relocation benefits: Realtor fees on buying / selling, closing cost buying and selling, house hunting trips, temp living, packing and moving of household goods
• Salary: TBD, but I suspect this will not be above a $210k base salary, so please vet them prior to sending. If they are already at $210k, don't send as it will not be above that rate.
