JOB DETAIL

  1. At least 5 years of functional and configuration experience on Work Force Central & 2 years on Work Force Dimensions and 2 years’ experience in implementing Boomi integrations (in/out).
  2. Should have a good understanding of UKG product enterprise architecture.
  3. Should have good domain knowledge in the following: Kronos Time &Attendance, Activities, Accruals, Dell Boomi, WIM & RDL reports.

Must have Skills:

  1. Kronos Workforce Central (Timekeeping, Activities)
  2. Kronos Workforce Dimensions (Timekeeping, Activities)
  3. Dell Boomi

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement & support Activities, Boomi integration & Mobile App in Kronos Workforce Dimensions
  2. Experience in leading a development team.

 

 

  1. WFD, WFC & WFR project Functional and Technical coordination with current client for following projects activities like Development, Enhancements, and support work are an all-encompassing process.
  2. Functional Coordination for new requirements gathering and providing the solution consultant to achieve the business needs.
  3. Creating Requirements & Functional design documents with Architecture Diagrams for internal & external API integration with other systems.
  4. Advising the functional and technical solutions on following modules T&A Pay policy, Accruals & Activity’s setup, Payroll, Clocks and Other integrations testing coordination.
  5. Ongoing tasks and project deliverables for Support and Development were project coordinated and managed for Kronos offshore.
  6. WDM, WIM troubleshooting; SDM & infrastructure-related tasks.
  7. Determine where the team's resources are lacking and plan the orientation to strengthen the core group.
  8.  
  9. Educate, inspire, and manage Team to maximize workplace productivity and foster professional development.
  10. Assigning right people in correct engagements.
  11. Monitoring their performance and interaction with them to improve certain areas need to focus more on project related activities.
  12. Interaction covers the day-to-day exchanges.
