JOB DETAIL

  • At least 5 years of functional and configuration experience on Work Force Central & 2 years on Work Force Dimensions and 2 years’ experience in implementing Boomi integrations (in/out).
  • Should have a good understanding of UKG product enterprise architecture.
  • Should have good domain knowledge in the following: Kronos Time &Attendance, Activities, Accruals, Dell Boomi, WIM & RDL reports.

Must have Skills:

  • Kronos Workforce Central (Timekeeping, Activities)
  • Kronos Workforce Dimensions (Timekeeping, Activities)
  • Dell Boomi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement & support Activities, Boomi integration & Mobile App in Kronos Workforce Dimensions
  • Experience in leading a development team.
  • WFD, WFC & WFR project Functional and Technical coordination with current client for following projects activities like Development, Enhancements, and support work are an all-encompassing process.
  • Functional Coordination for new requirements gathering and providing the solution consultant to achieve the business needs.
  • Creating Requirements & Functional design documents with Architecture Diagrams for internal & external API integration with other systems.
  • Advising the functional and technical solutions on following modules T&A Pay policy, Accruals & Activity’s setup, Payroll, Clocks and Other integrations testing coordination.
  • Ongoing tasks and project deliverables for Support and Development were project coordinated and managed for Kronos offshore.
  • WDM, WIM troubleshooting; SDM & infrastructure-related tasks.
  • Determine where the team's resources are lacking and plan the orientation to strengthen the core group.
  •  
  • Educate, inspire, and manage Team to maximize workplace productivity and foster professional development.
  • Assigning right people in correct engagements.
  • Monitoring their performance and interaction with them to improve certain areas need to focus more on project related activities.
  • Interaction covers the day-to-day exchanges.
