It is a developer role, but they are working on a CRM, so most of the dev is customizing things from their original out of the box state. 

They should have a background with the Microsoft stack - they'll primarily be working in the CRM with some C# and JavaScript.

Dynamics certifications would be awesome but aren’t required. It is important they are a developer and not a front-end or solutions architect.
