"This role will primarily be focused on the expansion and accelerated roll-out of a strategic retail partner program designed to maximize Microsoft 365 subscription renewals. The role will also support the M365 Americas Category team on the project management of other key transformational projects. The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, strong communications and collaboration skills, proactive problem solving, detailed project management skills and strong accountability to deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Navigate a complex business and multiple stakeholder environment to drive strategic alignment and advancement of M365 NA transformation programs.
• Collaborate closely with category, sales and channel marketing colleagues to maximize communications, strategic alignment and seamless execution.
• Be the strategic retail program subject matter expert – sharing learnings and real-time updates on every facet of the NA transformation projects.
• Lead, manage and monitor program performance to drive data-based insights and proactive recommendations that culminate into further business impact.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on schedule – from start to finish, meet challenges with proactive solutions, and hit projected results/KPIs.
• Sharp analytical skills and acumen to review and manage budgets, market data, and revenue opportunities.
• Work with Microsoft’s Legal and Procurement teams to onboard external partners and drive the development of contracts & agreements.
• Development and execution of the “go to market” plan for each mobile operator partner in collaboration with NA sales & marketing teams.
