Oracle PLSQL Informatica Tivoli develop table Functions Indexes Table Partitioning Stored Procedures

2 to 3 years of experience Oracle and Informatica
Design and develop table Functions, Indexes, Table Partitioning, Stored Procedures
Create some Unix shell scripts.
Ability to create job work flows in informatica required.
Experience in analysis, design, development in PL SQL tuning and query optimizations.
Some experience in TWS.
Strong experience in Data Warehouse concepts, ETL
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, team player and can contribute towards the team goals.
Ability to work productively and effectively in a team as well as individually.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a high-quality codebase, lead design discussions, execute development against design, and navigate complex codebase
Responsible for development implementation of technical design within a defined set of teams. Execute against defined technology roadmap to support project portfolio and business strategy
Provide technical clarity between ongoing projects and the strategic objectives of the company.
Lead the analysis of the technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
Mentor team members in software development principles, patterns, processes and, practices
Provide after hour support when necessary.

These positions are supporting an on-going project : Pharmacy Data Warehouse
This is a small but growing team.

Also, must have PLSQL
Be able to change store procedures, functions in Informatica.
Would be nice to have someone with TWS.
Good communication skills are a must.
PowerCenter is what they use.
Some new development and support… 1/3 across new development, maintaining and fixing old developments

MUST be strong in Oracle, PLSQL, Informatica (TWS is a plus not a must)
Data warehouse for pharmacy is what this team does. In this they support reporting, extracts out, sending data to different applications internally, support data going to 84.51 for different analytical targeting space. Overall this team adds data in as new data is available. Making sure the data is efficient because of the tight SLA’s in this space.
Terabytes of data that this team is dealing with
Biggest selling point for this role is getting to work in a Big Data environment, get to be at the forefront of things that are changing in this environment and company. Right now it is on-premise and they are in talks about moving stuff to the cloud. Lots of opportunity in the future.
Helpful to have Azure, Data Bricks, AWS, in the future. For the first 6 months this won’t be that big
