• 7+ years of experience in leading Automation Team across multiple vendors and across large number of applications
• Experience building UI and backend automated test harnesses
• Experience in Agile based testing and Trading life cycle domain.
• Strong team and task management skills
• Exposure to Agile, TDD, BDD
