Job Description:-
Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and finance teams to align B2B strategies with overall business goals.
- Own the process to collect, manage, and execute business requirements from design to post-implementation, including training/support.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams, collaborating with application and business teams for all projects.
- Facilitate workshops/meetings to identify and document current and future state business processes including detailed requirements (table/field definitions, process logic).
- Own the development, documentation, and communication of business system rules, definitions, structures, and processes; responsible for the creation and upkeep of process-based testing scripts.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to B2B sales, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and preferences to understand their needs and pain points.
- Propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Ability to think critically and provide actionable insights based on data.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
