They are seeking a Project Manager. Candidates must live in WI or relocate at their own expense at the start of the role. Expected to work remote within the State of Wisconsin with 1-2 days per month onsite in Madison, WI. 980 hours w/extensions (6 months in length which could go longer). Additional details:

This Project Manager III will coordinate the selection and implementation of a new case management software for the Division of Legal Services (DLS) at the Department of Justice. This will include acting as a liaison between the selected vendor, DOJ IT, and experts within DLS. Project manager will develop a project plan and timeframe for selection implementation the new software, keep management apprised of project updates or deviations from timeline, and be the primary point of contact for partners in procurement and IT. The Project Manager will also coordinate desired workflows with a business process consultant and ensure that the software application includes these workflows. Upon implementation, project manager will schedule team trainings and create a plan to ensure employees are able to effectively acclimate to the new software.
