• Design, implement, and manage complex contact center solutions on AWS Connect
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS Connect with other AWS services and on-premises systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve AWS Connect issues
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AWS Connect features and best practices

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing contact center solutions
• 5+ years of experience with AWS Connect
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional certification
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
