Innova Solutions has an immediate need for a Technical Business Analyst with Change Management experience to understand requirements with knowledge of Power BI, Generative AI and some experience with RWE.
- Experience with Power BI, Generative AI and some experience with RWE is highly desired
- Must have Life Sciences, Bio Science and/or healthcare experience – required
- This job is remote; however, candidates who are local to Pennsylvania and can work hybrid when needed are preferred
- This is a long term contract role, with the strong possibility to be extended
Skills Needed & Requirements
- Technical skills - Power BI
- Change management experience – for example the process of reevaluating current business model and implementing pivots necessary to keep the business healthy)
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills - required
- Must have Life Sciences, Bio Science and/or healthcare experience – required
- Professionalism
- Proven experience of being proactive (ask probing questions to that effect)
- Connect with users (who are scientists in oncology, healthcare research professionals, and other healthcare professional etc.)
- Understand workflows
- Jira experience
- Develop Requirement specification docs, Agile Methodology
- RWE data experience to generate RWE requirements
- Training experience: Help generate materials (research materials) and help them create content and roll up sleeves
- Generative AI experience or exposure to Gen AI and or interest in experience and understanding in models
- Articulate business needs
