• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrators, and other stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing healthcare processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decision-making.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and actionable format.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement in healthcare workflows.
• Recommend and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards, interoperability, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and visualization software.
• Remote work experience and ability to manage projects independently.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, IIBA) a plus.
