with 5+ years relevant Industry Experience Google Dialog flow, Google CCAI, Google CCAI Reporting (Google Big Query, Google Looker),

• Core Experience in Google Dialog Flow(GDF) Voice and Chatbot development in CX Bots including integrations with back-end systems.
• Google CCAI Reporting – Experience on Google Big Query and Google Looker to create Reports/Dashboards Propose suggestions/Ideas to customer to improve design of Voice and Chatbots to have wholistic BOT experience with improved self-service for end users.
• Google dialog flow integration with Google CCAI and back end integrations Experience on Google Cloud Functions for GDF development.
• Experience on Node JS/Java Script for Cloud functions Experience in Jira Good customer interfacing skills, Team management and ability to collaboratively work with different stakeholders in IT and Business
