JOB DETAIL
Schedule and help prioritize project deliverables & resources
Maintain new team members onboarding/offboarding process: access to corporate resources
Responsible for creating & tracking purchase orders, budgets & keep data up to date
Ensure service level contracts are in place with the OEMs
Coordinate logistics and project management activities based on consultations with stakeholders
Work with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors for smooth execution of the project deliverable
Facilitate and work with cross-functional teams to identify bottleneck’s occurring in an unestablished, multi-faceted process and provide suitable resolutions
Organize and facilitate agile activities and ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews retrospectives, retro action items, sprint and release planning, epic creation and product backlog refinement sessions
Ensure documentation of processes and procedures and maintain decumulation on team sharepoint
Create and publish reports to track & report operational compliance, project milestone data, overall project status deliverables & health
Develop reports on bugs and measured performance of operational compliance guidelines (SLAs)
Understanding of Power App and PowerBI to streamlined data inputs into one single source of truth
