- XR Business Design
- Identify and locate stakeholders, set meetings, etc. as needed to meet XR team and PO requirements.
- Define learning requirements for desired Motive training modules with stakeholders, O&M, and L&D.
- Develop storyboards with O&M, L&D and SMEs to outline Motive training modules.
- Guide stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of Motive modules.
- Support and troubleshooting of user reported issues including escalation to Software Engineering Tool supplier/vendor.
- Support Product Owner & XR team with XR backlog work (i.e., market scans, requirements gathering, deployments, etc.)
- Support XR team demo days and stakeholder events/engagements.
- Work with XR Scrum Master and Product Owner to ensure the workflow and cadence are aligned with team goals and priorities.
