1. Senior candidate - Atleast 12+ years in IT industry. Experience in role Project Management + 

Scrum Master. Prior roles as business analyst and then graduated to PM+SM would be ok 

1. Budget forecasting, reporting is a must 

2. Schedule/Timeline forecasting is a must 

3. Executive reporting to leadership is a must 

4. Scrum tool - Azure DevOps experience is a requirement - for reporting out scrum related 

metrics. 

5. Investment banking experience - Experience in trading/rebalancing. capital markets execution or 

capital markets accounting is a requirement 

·        Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe 

·        Experience understanding technical issues at a high level 

·        Experience using Agile/Project Management Tools – Azure Dev Ops/JIRA experience

Ensures Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) concepts and principles are adhered to allow teams to perform and accelerate delivery 

·        Proficient in planning, organizing, and facilitating Scrum and SAFe events 

·        Monitors, measures, and reports on project progress to management/leadership 

·        Monitors and assesses team health and continuous improvement

Education
