Programmer 5/ PR5 Application integration engineer

Requirement Description:   The Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) is looking for a skilled and experienced full stack Sr. Dot Net Developer to join the team. The candidate will be supporting The Ohio Department of Aging's daily operation, projects, and developing application system to support aging community.  She or he will be involved in designing, testing, troubleshooting, and implementing application system solutions to maximize user experience for internal and external stakeholders.

This position will function as a skilled Application Integration Engineer that include:

• Utilize the software development lifecycle to implement technology solutions that create and enhance applications.
• Utilize programming language and frameworks (.NET, Bootstrap, Angular, MVC) to create the necessary modules, interfaces, and functionalities.
• Leverage SQL database structure and optimize data storage and retrieval processes for efficient complaint management.
• Integrate secure user authentication and authorization mechanisms, including role-based access control (RBAC) to control system access.
• Integrate data with external system, ensuring data quality and privacy protection.
• Create automated notification to keep complainants and relevant parties informed about the status of their cases.
• Proven hands-on experience of latest user authentication and authorization technique.
• Define and capture metadata and rules associated with ETL processes in various application
• Attend information gathering sessions and provides data analysis and data mapping.
• Work with system architect and developers to resolve issues.
• Work with various customers, prospects and stakeholders, analyze request, propose solution.  
• Identifies data sources, develop and maintain data pipeline, provide data flow diagrams and documents the process.
