- Certifications: Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM). Highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role facilitating Agile teams. Required. 3 yrs.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks and practices. Required. 3 yrs.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Required.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is beneficial. Highly desired.
