We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master.  You will have a lead role in supporting a Corporate Financial Reporting application that is .NET based.  Our preferred candidate should have high proficiency with SQL and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

Analysis and design of technical functionality and features

Creation of BRD, Epics, user stories, Requirements definition and translation to Jira

Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing.

Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders.

Clear project obstacles and impediments that could slow down the team’s progress.

Help the team boost their productivity and performance.

Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.

Help development team create high-quality products.

Help team adopt scrum values and principles.

Arrange and optimize product backlog.

Requirements and skills

Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development

High proficiency with SQL and database management

Proven analytical abilities.

Proven ability to execute scrum projects and user acceptance testing

Extensive experience with data visualization

High proficiency in technical writing

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.

Ability to function with minimal management oversight.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working with Financial Systems a Plus.
